Security & Safety Incidents
Training in responding to security and safety incidents, covering what to do when something goes wrong and how to report it properly.
01 / Overview
About this qualification
Incidents are rare enough that people are rusty when one happens and serious enough that a poor response has consequences. Confident handling comes from knowing the procedure in advance and having thought through your own role in it.
This qualification covers how security and safety incidents are recognised, responded to and recorded, including the handover to emergency services when matters escalate.
