First Aid at Work
The fuller workplace first aid qualification, covering a wider range of injuries and illnesses than the emergency award.
01 / Overview
About this qualification
First Aid at Work goes beyond the immediate life-threatening emergencies to cover the broader range of injuries and medical conditions a workplace first aider may have to deal with, from fractures and head injuries to conditions such as asthma, diabetes and anaphylaxis.
It is the qualification usually chosen where a workplace first aid needs assessment calls for more than emergency-level cover.
